Proverbs 28:13: "Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy." Failure is something that we often run from. Whenever we mess up, it can be easy just to bury our feelings so we never have to confront them. But is that truly the best way to live? Maybe we need to come face to face with our failures in order to heal. We learn from our mistakes, and the first step is to rise past them, inviting God to be present in our areas of weakness.
